My original eSIM card ran into an issue, but the support team was fantastic. Meanwhile I picked up a low-cost replacement and smoothly transferred all my minutes over with the help of support team. The new eSIM has been working great in Switzerland. The support team was also helping me resolve the issue with the first eSIM, though since I only needed one working card, I focused on getting the replacement fully set up.

It’s taken a while, I had quite some difficulty connecting my Esim….I’d been to a phone store here in the Netherlands, and was limited to wifi only ‘at home base’ but finally after much patience + help from Karen, I’m connected - yay! One week left in Europe

Worked great again. Had it last US visit, now in South Africa. Seamless connection. We had problems with our email and didn’t receive the eSIM. Wrote one email, explained the situation and within two minutes we received our eSIM. Great help and support line.
